AKAThailand.TVAt this point, I’m convinced that if Chuck Liddell was to come back to MMA, it’s because TMZ pestered him into doing it. Now he’s talking warmup fights, for something that he has no plans on doing.
A few months ago, Chael Sonnen said that his next Bellator opponent could be Chuck Liddell. Since then, it seems that everyone is trying to force Chuck out of retirement to fight Chael.
For now, all of this talk about Chuck coming back is just hearsay. However, he’s already taking shots at Chael, just in case there is something to promote in the near future. Personally, I think this is a good fight if Chuck wanted it. An older grappler who can’t knock people out could be the perfect fight for Chuck. Whether or not this fight comes to fruition remains to be seen.
