AKAThailand.TVThe UFC made it official today. The headlining fight of UFC Russia will feature a heavyweight fight between Mark Hunt and Aleksei Oleinik. Oleinik is of Russian descent, so the first UFC card there will be very special to him. Meanwhile, Mark Hunt just looks forward to punching anyone in the face wherever he gets paid to do it.
Hunt will have his chance to do just that on September 15 when he shares the cage with Oleinik. Of course, we know what Oleinik is looking to do; Strangle another opponent. The UFC made the news official today via their website.
“London, UK – UFC today confirmed that MMA legend Mark “The Super Samoan” Hunt will meet Russia’s own Aleksei “The Boa Constrictor” Oleinik in a five-round main event battle in Moscow on Saturday, September 15.”
You couldn’t find two more contrasting styles between two fighters. Hunt will be looking to send Aleksei’s head into the rafters, while Oleinik wants to squeeze Hunt into submission. This fight is a great way to get this card going.
