Owner of the Swickatine and developer of Swick-Fu, Mike Swick takes to the mats to demonstrate the triangle choke setup. While Swick is known for his fast hands, KO power, and nasty guillotine; Swick is a high level BJJ practitioner who knows his triangles very well.
